On Thursday morning, a 13-year-old boy in Valkenswaard was seriously injured after a collision with a passenger car.
The boy cycled over Heidalen/St. Anoniusstraat. There he was hit from the right.
Although both the car and the bicycle have little damage, the boy was seriously injured. The victim was not conscious. He was therefore taken to a hospital in Maastricht.
The Dutch military police were by chance nearby and provided assistance.
