The police shot a man in Eindhoven on Lichtplein behind the ‘Witte Dame’ building on Thursday evening.
Around 23:00, the police received a report that a man was waving a knife. Despite warnings and warning shots from the police, the man did not put the knife down. The police then shot the man in his leg. He was taken to hospital afterwards.
