Kidnapping in Harpstraat, two men arrested

In the Harpstraat in Eindhoven, someone had been abducted on Monday night. In a big police investigation two suspects have been arrested. 

The victim was allegedly taken in a car. According to local residents there are two male perpetrators. The perpetrators were identified later. After a short case by the police they were arrested in Utrecht. The police had to fire warning shots.

The police don’t want to comment as that could impede the investigation.

According to the local residents, someone had probably called for help. Officers found a shoe and other things left on the street. There may have been a struggle in the street between the perpetrators and the victim. Police are doing further investigation, the street has been cordoned off due to the investigation.
