PSV player Hirving Lozano was discharged from the Sint Anna Hospital in Geldrop. The Mexican footballer was injured on Saturday evening, during the match PSV – FC Groningen.
Lozano will recuperate at home. His condition is monitored on a daily basis, to see when he can start training again. PSV can’t or won’t say more about his condition.
Saturday evening Lozano collided with an opponent. After the collision, Lozano had to be taken off the field. He was replaced by one of his team-members. PSV did win the match: 2-1. Lozano scored both goals.
