Deceased man found on Fuutlaan

On Thursday morning, police found a body on Fuutlaan in Eindhoven. The police are considering it a crime.

The police have started a large scale investigation. The police now think they know who the victim is, but since the man’s identity has not been officially established, they do not want to make any statements regarding this.

The body is found in a business parking lot, somewhat hidden from view. The premises where the victim was found houses the Regional Information and Expertise Centre. It focuses on combating organised crime. Here, government agencies exchange information and expertise concerning this organised crime.

A white tent was placed over the victim. This was done to ensure investigators ‘can do their work in peace and quiet’, according to the police. This work is done with precision and, therefore, takes time.

What exactly happened is still unclear, but the police are asking for the public’s help. Do you have any useful information? Or maybe you saw something on Fuutlaan? Please contact the police on 0900 8844 or anonymously on 0800 7000.
