The police have arrested a suspect for stealing a telephone from a toddler. The man reported himself at the police station.
A few weeks ago, a toddler’s phone was grabbed out of her hands in the Woensel Shopping Center. The suspect then ran away, but there was camera footage. The man was clearly visible.
Initially, only images were distributed in which the suspect was made unrecognizable. But when he did not report, last Tuesday the police started distributing photos where the man could be recognized.
In the meantime, the suspect has therefore reported at the police station. He was arrested and questioned. An official report is made against him.
