Sifan Hassan won a gold medal at the EK Athletics in Berlin, Sunday evening.
Hassan, member of Eindhoven Athletiek, was the fastest woman during the 5000 meters race. She completed her race in 14:46,13.
Her winning the gold medal surprised nobody. The 25-year-old Hassan was the favourite for this race.
