An 18-year-old man from Eindhoven died in a car accident on Eindhovenseweg Zuid in Best last night (Thursday).
He was a passenger in a car that veered off the road and crashed into a lamppost. The driver, also a young man, was injured. Another driver who witnessed the accident was so startled that he too veered off the road and hit a tree. He was also injured. The two injured men were taken to hospital.
The accident happened at around 11:15. Specialists from the Eindhoven Police traffic department spent several hours investigating the causes of the accident.
