The Science Festival comes to the TU/e-campus in Eindhoven on Sunday, 8 October.
The Science Festival is part of the Wereld van de Wetenschap (“World of Science”). This is an annual event for people of all ages, where there is plenty to see from the world of science and technology.
There will be presentations about research projects taking place at the TU/e, as well as demonstrations of experiments. Children can do experiments, liking making their own shampoo or toothpaste, at the so-called Toverlab.
The Weekend van de Wetenschap (“Science Weekend”) is a national science and technology event, which takes place on the first weekend in October. During the weekend, various companies and institutions open their doors to members of the public. The DIFFER institute at the TU/e campus will also be open to visitors.
The Science Festival runs from 12:00 to 17:00.
