The Vue in Eindhoven has gotten a “warme douche” from the tv-programme, Radar. The cinema received the price for the special run of a film for a chronically ill woman and her son.
Because of her illness, the woman cannot go to the cinema late in the afternoon or in the evening. In addition, she cannot watch films in 3D. Her son asked Vue if they would show the film “Star Wars: Roque” just once in 2D.
The Vue cinema organised it for the young man. The whole family was invited to a special morning show for free. For the chronically ill woman, they even included a intermission. Snacks and drinks were provided at the start of the film and during intermission.
