Real estate company Breevast would rather start developing the carcass today than tomorrow opposite the Philips Stadium in Eindhoven.

A company spokesperson said so. Breevast owns the property and would like to build houses at that location. However, the municipality of Eindhoven has not yet given permission for this. ‘We will start as soon as we can start. Unfortunately, everything goes a bit slower at public organizations than at private organizations, “says the spokesperson.

Light festival GLOW
For ages there has been an empty carcass on the Vonderweg opposite the PSV stadium. During the Light festival Glow it was once used for a work of art and homeless people sometimes use the building as a place to sleep. In addition, the carcass is mainly collecting dust.
