There is no party, no garlands and balloons, but it is open: the P1 parking garage at Eindhoven Airport. Cars can park in it again.

The garage collapsed in 2017, due to a construction error. The so-called ‘Bubbledeck’ turned out to be unsafe. As a result, many more buildings in the Netherlands had to be checked and sometimes also adjusted.

Since the collapse of the garage in Eindhoven it has been completely demolished and rebuilt. There are now 780 parking places. Now the rest of the area around the garage is also being worked on.
