The new tunnel in Montgomerylaan and the ring road will be officially opened next month.
City councillor, Monique List, will open the tunnel on 18 September.
The construction of this tunnel has been underway for 18 months. The job is part of the HOV2, the fast bus connection between Nuenen and the High Tech Campus.
The ring road has been widened and runs under the Montgomerylaan. With around 60 buses per hour, this road is the busiest bus route in the city.
