Four of the tennis and padel club, Metzpoint’s, players have qualified for the Youth Padel World Championships in Spain. They will be representing the Netherlands.
A special achievement, since the Veldhoven club only recently added the padel courts.
Padel is a sport that is half-tennis, half-squash. Doubles teams compete in a glass-encased court. The glass wall can also be used during the game.
The Padel WC will be held in October.
