The Royal Dutch Swimming Federation (KNZB) is organizing 3 swimming clinics for kids and teens from 8 to 18-years-old, and Eindhoven is lucky enough to be included. Lucky, because Inge Dekker will be there with tips and inspiration.
Each clinic will have 2 groups, divided by age, 8 to 12-year-olds and 13 to 18-year-olds, with a maximum of 20 swimmers per group.
In case you’re not familiar with Inge Dekker, she is a four time Olympian and 3 time Olympic medalist. In fact, she has got a gold, a silver and a bronze, as well as numerous medals from World and European Championships. She will also be at the clinic in Utrecht, while 2012 Olympic freestyler, Sebastiaan Verschuren, will be in Gouda.
So if you have kids or teens who are into swimming, or who would like to become more familiar with the sport and meet an Olympian, then register quickly.
The date of the clinic is Wednesday 21 September from 13:30 – 15:30 hrs at the Tongelreep Swimming Center, Antoon Coolenlaan 1, Eindhoven.
