New Board at PSV

EINDHOVEN – PSV’s supervisory board has two new members: Jan Hommen and Jan Albers.
They will replace two other members. Arthur van der Poel has to leave because he has been there for 12 years, the longest possible term of office.Peter Wennink is also on the management board of ASML, and that company has a financial interest in PSV. He has resigned his position on the supervisory board to avoid a possible conflict of interests.
