Fierce gusts of wind blew an iron cable loose on a piece of art on Ekkersrijt industrial estate in Son yesterday evening. The piece of art is located outside the Omroep Brabant building. The fire brigade reattached the cable.
According to a fireman, the iron cable was part of the support construction, but its loosening did not cause any direct danger.
However, just to be sure, and to prevent the cable letting go completely and falling to the ground, the fire brigade attached it to the mast of the piece of art, by using a boom lift.
