The Eindhoven protest singer Armand is being commemorated today in a ceremony at the Effenaar. The meeting is open to everyone.
The singer passed away last week at the age of 69. For half an hour, fans, friends and other well wishers will pay him their last respects.
Also between twelve and one o’clock several speakers and musicians will pay tributes. His coffin will be on the stage at the Effenaar and later the singer will be cremated.
Armand is best known for the hit song "Ben ik te Min" (am I not good enough) from 1967.
