Police drove weapon collectors to despair for years

Avid collectors of weapons from this region, have been driven to despair by the East-Brabant Police for years. This reported the Eindhoven’s Dagblad.

The part of the police department which is involved in weapon licensing, seized old weapons and military vehicles in an unjust manner. The police seized these weapons from guilds and associations who reenact war history, reports the newspaper.

The Chiefs of Police would have invented various rules themselves, according several concerned. The same laws were interpreted differently by their colleagues elsewhere in the country.

Police would not comment extensively on this matter, but they claim that the process and composition of the team already has been modified.
