Eindhoven’s technical university (TU/e), together with Fontys, Avans and Tilburg University join a project to attract technical students in the educational institutes of the region. Eventual purpose is to keep them for the local employers. The project has target to attract 750 extra students in the coming four years. After an extensive benchmark, the choice was made to start with Italy and Indonesia. In order to make the students familiar with the region, there is a website built. There, a diverse number of students write their stories, and there is also a possibility to make contact with them.
