Eindhoven Student Association Demos has collected EUR 856.20 for KWF (Queen Wilhelmina Fund) Kankerbestrijding (fighting cancer) on Friday.

It is not nice or beautiful stuff, but they are funny or awkward objects where you let bid on to have it end up in someone else’s room”, one of the members present said.

Each year, the money that is collected from the market of the association, goes to a different cause. The flea auction is organised by members of the Sociaal Ondernemende Studenten (Social Enterprising Students, SOS). The SOS is a committee that is dedicated to ‘make a difference for disadvantaged groups at local level’.
