ISE Director to leave

After three years, the Director of the International School Eindhoven (ISE), Roy White, will leave the school at the end of the 2019 academic year.

In a press release issued by the school, he thanks a large number of people. These are from both within the ISE and the wider community. They encouraged and supported educational developments within the Brainport over these last three years.

Roy spent almost 30 years in Hong Kong with several schools before coming to Eindhoven. He believes students, teachers, and school leaders should seek new challenges and new adventures. With this in mind, he has decided to become the Director of an International School in Riga, Latvia.

“Like his work here in Eindhoven, he will be encouraging students and teachers to use technologies to advance learning and to co-create,” reads the press statement.

The ISE and its umbrella organisation, the SPVOZN, will soon begin recruiting for a new director.
