Construction of Haasje Over, a new development on the Ketelhuisplein in Strijp-S, will begin at the end of the month.
Haasje Over is a two-storey bridge building that connects directly to the Anton building, and will soon extend over Area 51 skate park.
A residential tower will house nearly 140 lofts, with open-plan homes in the bridge. The building will also feature apartments with shared living rooms.
The skate park will be temporarily closed during construction, and the area will be cordoned off for safety reasons, housing company Sint Trudo said.
