Primary school to recycle old appliances

‘t Slingertouw Primary school is participating in a fund-raiser involving the recycling of old, small electric devices.

The primary school will collect the discarded items until mid-November. For this, the school will receive a reward and a ‘Wecycle’ Recycling Certificate with one, two or three golden stars, depending on the success of the campaign.

Reward

The purpose of the fund-raiser is that children learn something about recycling. The schools each receive a special newspaper with puzzles and information about the recycling of appliances and bulbs. The schools then try to collect at least 75 small devices each. The participating school receives a reward in the form of a book package, karaoke set or digital camera.
