Holidaymakers who plan on driving to Eindhoven Aiport after 20:00 in the evening this weekend, take note: It is going to be difficult to take the road there.
From this (Friday) evening, the intersection at Luchthavenweg and Flight Forum is being upgraded. For the whole weekend, every night between 20:00 and 06:00, this section of road will be closed to car traffic. During the day, however, there will be minimal inconvenience for travellers.
Extra lanes
Increasing traffic and the construction at the new parking garage are resulting in the roads being jampacked on a daily basis. Extra lanes are, therefore, being laid on the east and west sides of the airport.
