Despite the traffic chaos at Eindhoven Airport, all passengers have made their flights. Most of them were at their terminals with time to spare.
The airport has done everything possible to ensure that things ran smoothly after the collapse of the new parking garage on Saturday.
Detours have been put in place around the airport that may lead to increased traffic in the surrounding areas. Additional traffic controllers have been placed at different locations to assist passengers and visitors at the airport.
As a result of the closure of part of the front parking lot, including parking area P1, the drop-off zone has been moved to parking area P3. Extra parking space has been created behind parking garage P4. The taxi zone has been moved to parking area P2.
The bus stops on Luchthavenweg have been moved to the corner of Freddy van Riemsdijkweg and Luchthavenweg. Service assistants are on the scene to help. The bus schedules have not been affected.
