Coming Saturday the 28th an introduction to ‘Mindset’ is given by Sandy Weinberg. From 14:00 to 15:00 in La Place next to the Bijenkorf, she will explain about the possibilities of Mindset programs.
Mindset coaching is typically a 12 weeks program which is done with weekly online meetings, daily journaling, daily feedback and homework. It requires a strong commitment from the participant.
There are also self-help books or websites which give generalized information but they may fall short in helping a person realize their desires.
What’s the difference between this and a Mindset coach? A Mindset coach listens and probes to find out what is hidden in a person’s mind. What prevents them from attaining the lives that they desire and deserve? Albeit health issues, weight, life in general, relationships or business just to name a few applications.
A personalized program will be created for each individual and the coach will be walking with them through the processes which include journaling, meditation and how to apply Mindset tools in their lives. Together they collaborate on exploring emotions, experiences and explanations (excuses) of why things haven’t seemly gone right for them in their lives.

As a result she decided to become a Certified Mindset Specialist & Coach with one of the leading organizations in the USA Mindset Performance Institute. And now her life purpose is to help others release from the reasons that they haven’t been successful and help them to find their true selves, learn how to love themselves, increase self-esteem, find their passion and fulfill their life and to enable them to sustain this quality of life for the rest of their lives.
