Let the games begin: Robocup European Open in Evoluon

The robots and their creators are ready: the first matches on the Robocup European Open will be played today at the Evoluon. There is a football competition but also a contest between “assistance robots”. The TU/e organizes the tournament.

The soccer robots at TU/e have already been two-time world champion. This morning at 10:00 they play their first match against another Dutch team, that of VDL Robotic Sports.

And the care robots also come into action: for the robots Amigo and Sergio from the TU/e the day begins with a Robot Inspection and a Poster Presentation.

The Robocup European Open will last until Sunday.
