The municipality prunes throughout the year, but most of the work must be done in winter. The municipality can best see the structure of plants when the leaves of the trees and shrubs are gone.
There is also less waste in winter, so they can work faster. Another advantage to prune now is that there are no nesting birds in the trees and shrubs.
The grass will be cut in spring.
