Maxima Medical Center has been ranked among the ten most patient-friendly hospitals in the Netherlands, according to the Dutch Patient and Consumer Federation.
Patients participated in an online assessment of the hospital, which looked at accommodation, appointments, treatment, information, and staff listening skills, among other criteria.
The MMC received an average score of 8.5.
Deventer Hospital took first place in the rankings.
