Province to subsidize new bus terminal Eindhoven Airport

The province is set to provide a grant of around €1million to Eindhoven Airport for the construction of a new bus terminal.

Replacing the current bus stop, the indoor terminal will provide more comfort for passengers travelling by bus to and from the airport, and may also boost passenger growth.

The grant is intended to improve accessibility at the airport and make buses a preferred option to cars.

Construction is due to begin next year. The new terminal, which will also have space for restaurants and parking, will open in 2017.
