ING is set to move dozens of jobs from its office in Eindhoven’s Beursgebouw to Amsterdam, the ED reports.
The move is part of a major company reshuffle, announced late last year. All administrative work is to be concentrated in Amsterdam. Physical banks and desk clerks are becoming further obsolete due to the rise of online banking.
The reorganisation will mean the loss of 2800 jobs across the Netherlands.
