On November 6th, Sietar NL is presenting a seminar in cooperation with ‘Eindhoven University of Technology’ and ‘The Hub Eindhoven’. This seminar will focus on how to train and retain international talent during and after their higher education experience in the Netherlands.
Recruiting international students is becoming an increasingly popular topic for universities in the Netherlands. But what comes next, after you have managed to reel in all this international talent? How do you make sure they experience their time in the Netherlands as successful, and how do you keep this talent in the Dutch labour market?
The TU/e as one of the universities known for their successful strategies in supporting incoming international students and providing guidance to enter the Dutch labour market, together with the Hub, a social community by and for internationals that helps expats integrate into the Dutch society and Sietar NL (Society for Intercultural Education, Training and Research), will provide the visitors with their best practices, and will open up the floor for discussion.
The event at the Hub is from 12:30h to 18:00h. Starting with presentations followed by several workshops on the topic of training and retaining international talent and after that there is time for a drink and networking in the Hub.
If you like to find out more about the workshops, you can find more information here and you can register via the Sietar website.
