The police arrested a 42-year-old man from ‘s-Hertogenbosch for the armed robbery last Wednesday on the HEMA at the Woenselse Markt.
The man was accidentally caught at an identity check on the Wassenaarstraat. An observant police man recognized the man from the images of the security camera made of the robbery.
He turned out to have a further 14 days detention outstanding for another case.
Last Wednesday the offender ran into the shop at 11:40 hrs. He forced the cashier to hand over the money and then went off by bike.
