The International School Eindhoven will experiment with bilingual education at ISEEr. Elementary students will not only get lessons in Dutch, but also in English.
The Ministry of Education reported yesterday that the ISE is one of twelve primary schools chosen for the trial. It is the only school in the province of North Brabant participating in the trial.
The international school has two sections, one in which English is spoken, and the second where Dutch is the basic language. As of August, half of the lessons in the Dutch section will be given in English.
