Turtles to defend their title

The TU/e robots hope to defend their world title on home turf. The Turtles will take part in the middle league category.

Football robot TUlip will also take part again. TUlip is a humanoid robot, slower than the Turtles it will play a game of one on one. The care robot Amigo will take part for the third time in the middle league, a competition for small independent robots that are not remote controlled.  Care robots are the future; they will be the extra hands for care giving. They cannot replace people, but they will do the laundry and cleaning and bring you your medication.  Robocup 2013 will take place from 26th until 30th June in the indoor sports centre.
