EINDHOVEN – Care center ‘De Archipel’ in Eindhoven has started a pilot project with Spanish nurses.
Twelve nurses started working here, including in home care. They received a 6-months contract after having completed a three-month language course in their own country.After those 6 months, they need to take a Dutch language test, which should separate the wheat from the chaff. Those who pass the test will be offered a three-year contract.After the this first pilot, ‘De Archipel’ will decide if they continue to bring Spanish nurses to Eindhoven.
