Caribbean Carnival Party
The Hub Eindhoven for expats organizes a special Caribbean Carnaval Party. A great way of course to get ready for the next few days of carnaval. There will be a dance & limbo workshop, live DJ, fancy dress competition and of course caribbean food. Entrance is free. Party runs from 19:00 till 02:00.
Lampegatse Optocht
Saturday starts with a parade. There is a diverse parade with floats, marching bands and colorful costumes. Farmers wedding
A great tradition to see on Tuesday is the Boerenbruiloft (literally translated “Farmers wedding”) at the Markt where a happy couple will be “unlawfullly married”. For certain something else than you would expect so do go and see!
