In May the Parktheater features the delightful romantic comedy Fantasio by the great master of the comic opera: Jacques Offenbach.

Fantasio is a co-production with Club Guy & Roni’s Poetic Disasters
Club; award-winning choreography talent Dunja Jocic, and a collaboration
with FASHIONCLASH; young designers designed the choir costumes.

Fantasio is about jesters and fools, love and foolishness, war and fancy
dress parties. This unique opera gem, which will be performed in the
Netherlands for the first time in celebration of Offenbach Bicentenary,
shows a completely different side of Offenbach, the ‘godfather’ of operetta
and cancan: Fantasio shows Offenbach as a sensitive and extremely
refined musician.

Première: Sunday May 19th – 14.30 in Parktheater Eindhoven. Try out is on Friday 17th at 19.00 for 23,30 euro.
