Today was the second day of the two-day Event “Food Inspiration Days” in the Evoluon.
This year’s theme – Reinventing Traditions – fits perfectly with the present very popular back to basics trend of coffee roasting, beer brewing, bread baking, vegetable fermentation and bone carving of meat.
The Food Inspiration Days event is intended for professionals; such as chefs, trend-watchers and designers. The attendees will receive multimedia presentations and will be offered various samples to taste.
