Police have arrested two Eindhoven men Sunday around six in the morning after assaulting another man.
The two male suspects are between the ages of 20 and 24. The victim is 41-years-old. The assault occurred near the Demer (a street located in the centre) however, the two men were arrested on the Stratumsedijk. After the assault, the suspects then left the victim lying injured on the street.
The man was taken to the hospital. His injuries include a black eye, a swollen ankle and a gash to the back of his head.
The two suspects remain detained pending further investigation.
