Eindhovener Theo Maassen has been nominated for a Rembrandt Award for best Dutch actor, together with Stefan de Walle and Thijs Römer.
Carice van Houten, Hanna Obbeek en Susan Visser are competing against each other in the ‘best Dutch actress’ category.The film ‘Alles is Familie’ landed four nominations for a Rembrandt Award. ‘Achtste-groepers huilen niet’ has three nominations.The Rembrandt Awards are the only audience choice awards in The Netherlands. The nominees were announced yesterday, in TV-magazine ‘Shownieuws’.People could cast a nomination vote for best foreign film, best Dutch film, best foreign actor/actress, best Dutch actor/actress, best youth film and best film hitsong. The award winners will be announced on 29 May, in another broadcast of ‘Shownieuws’.
