This year, between Christmas and New Years you will find lots of additional art exhibitions in the city. Different artists will set small Pop Up Galleries in different places so you can see their work.
Among others, you can find Eindhoven artists work in the City Brewery (Stadsbrouwerij), Old Court (Oude Rechtbank) and the art café “Malle Abbe”. Their work varies from paintings, 3-D work, glass, video art.
The Pop Up Galleries of the end-of-year are an initiative of KEK 040, which stands for “Kollektief Eindhovense Kunsten” (Collective Eindhoven Arts). These galleries can be easily identified for their small red and white checkered pattern in the form of a house that will be soon popping up.
