Jones Lang LaSalle, specialized in commercial real estate, is going to sell the office building, Eindhovens Dagblad reports. People who are interested can register starting next month. Serious candidates only will get access to information on the building.
There would be great interest in the property. The approximately 1,250 Philips Lighting employees will relocate to new premises at the High Tech Campus.
