Kees and Ellis Hoevenaars are at the helm of the Eindhoven flower shop, October in Huis. “We do not have time to celebrate Valentine,” Kees says proudly. “It is busy here on Valentine’s Day. I surprise my wife with a bouquet of flowers at other times.
