Deluge creates problems in Eindhoven

In several places in Eindhoven problems arose due to torrential rain.

Here and there tunnels and streets were flooded. Cars were stuck. In the ring road manhole covers were pushed upwards. Because the sewage system could not cope, bad smells emerged.
