Eindhoven’s well-known city preacher is seriously ill. Arnol Kox is suffering from a bone marrow disorder, Omroep Brabant reports on its website.
The 66-year-old Eindhoven resident has been ill for a long time. Because of his condition, his body is producing very few blood cells. His health is rapidly deteriorating.
In an interview with Omroep Brabant, Kox says he is keeping calm. His faith gives him a lot of peace and energy. “I think the end of my earthly existence is approaching. But I am holding on to the fact that a new life will begin for me. I will enter paradise, but I haven’t given up yet”.
Kox is currently in a room in the Catharina Hospital in Woensel. He is undergoing chemotherapy.
