The acquisition of Novadic Kentron by Zorg van de Zaak (Care of the Business) has been approved. The ACM or Autoriteit Consument en Markt (Consumer and Market Authority) says it does not see any problems in the takeover.
If the two companies merge, there will be sufficient diversity in the market. “There is no reason to assume that competition on the Dutch market or part of it will be impeded”, the ACM writes in their report.
It was already announced earlier in the year that Novadic-Kentron would become part of Zorg van de Zaak. Zorg van de Zaak is a network of companies that are committed to areas such as addiction care, occupational health and safety services, reintegration, and debt assistance.
