Philips is the winner of the prestigious Reputation Award for the 12th consecutive year.

Three companies from the Brainport Eindhoven region are in the top five of the Dutch reputation ranking. The Reputation Institute focuses on the top 30 Dutch companies and assesses how they perform during the year in areas such as emotionally, like prestige and trust, and also rationally, such as products and governance.

Chip machine manufacturer ASML is in second place and family company VDL is in fifth. The presentation took place in the Koninklijk Concertgebouw in Amsterdam.

Philips response
“My 11,500 colleagues in the Netherlands and I are naturally very proud of this special achievement. We notice more and more that Philips is recognized as a leader in the field of health technology. Our goal to improve the lives of three billion people worldwide by 2030 through meaningful innovation is a huge inspiration. That is an important reason for customers to do business with us, but also an important reason that they want to work at Philips, “says Nanda Huizing of Philips.
