This Saturday sees the start of Dutch Happiness Week (DHW). The Student Hotel will be hosting several of the events taking place during this initiative.
The events held at The Student Hotel will be specifically geared toward Eindhoven’s international community. There are many Dutch-oriented events in the city, such as the DHW. But for the first time, since the start of DHW five years ago, there will also be English events.
These events are to be hosted by The Student Hotel Eindhoven and will touch base on two themes – finding your own happiness and finding your happiness at work.
On Tuesday evening, 19 March, between 19:00 and 20:00, Jerome Wehrens from B-MIND will hold a free lecture, simply entitled, ‘Happiness’. He will share his personal experiences on his way towards happiness and growth.
Then, on Wednesday, 20 March, Marielle Obels from Career Connection will tell you more about finding professional happiness. She is a career coach, so she has a lot of knowledge to share. This ‘Work Happy’ seminar is a free hour-long event and starts at 19:30.

The DHW official afterparty will also be held at The Student Hotel on Sunday, 24 March from 16:00. Entrance is free for DHW visitors.
